Country Long Weekend Jam

The Country Long Weekend Jam rolled into Huntsville this past weekend with Jason McCoy, Rivertown Saints and Kelsi Mayne. The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side, it was a rainy afternoon but that definitely did not stop the party! These guys brought the heat and country fans always show up rain or shine! Huntsville came out to party and it sure was wicked to say LIVE MUSIC IS BACK!

Kelsi Mayne a true gem and bonafide rockstar, kicked off the afternoon in a big way with her single As I Go. Kelsi and her band set the tone for the day, fueled with smiles and energy! They had an incredible set and showed us that we were in for a great time!

Rivertown Saints always bring big energy and charisma to the stage! These guys gave the fans an amazing show playing both new and old Rivertown Saints, also along with a few awesome covers! The guys have so much fun and I don’t think they stopped grinning the entire set. Even in the down pouring rain, fans were dancing and singing along! Also too with great big smiles, live music is back and nothing was wiping these grins away! It definitely was a Longtime Coming and it was the perfect song to complete an incredible set!

Capping off the afternoon Jason McCoy brought his big personality and vocals to the stage. As the rain poured harder the fans kept going and everyone was embracing the day! Jason played many of his own songs but dropped the hammer for us a couple of times with some Road Hammer tunes! Things got a little muddy, but sunshine doesn’t match mud, so it was only fitting when they played Mud. The crowds response was unanimous how perfect it was! Jason kept everyone up dancing and thanked the Huntsville crowd for sticking in through it all and having themselves a good time!

The day may have been rainy but it didn’t stop us one drop from having lots of fun and enjoying some absolutely amazing music!!!
